3. Remove the system from the pallet.
a. Verify that the swivel casters on the rear of the rack are facing straight forward.
b. For unloading, position two people at the rear of the rack. Also, position two people at the bottom
of each side of the rack.
Warning: The system is very heavy (2227 lbs/1010 kg). Make sure that there are
no tripping hazards along the unloading path.
c. Push the system to the edge of the pallet with the wheels lined up with the ramp.
d. Push the system down the ramp, using multiple people to control the movement and direction.

4.2 Recommended torque of machined fasteners
The following list is the recommended torque of the machined fasteners being used during replacement or
installation of ActiveScale X100 components.
