Instructions
Cut through the spot−welded joint between the outer lower side
member and the inner lower side member −A− or between the
outer lower side member and the A−pillar −B− with the spotweld
cutter.
Cut through the connection to the side section −E− with the body
saw. Position the cut so that the spare body part (outer lower side
member) overlaps the side section by approx. 60 mm.
Cut through the web plate at the top and bottom −F, G− with the
body saw.
Separate the spot−welded joint between the outer lower side
member and the inner lower side member −C− with the spotweld
cutter.
Separate the spot−welded joint between the web plate and the
inner lower side member −D− with the spotweld cutter.
