Maintenance page

Introduction

Use the Maintenance page to get status information for any suspect components.
If you suspect or discover a problem with hardware such as an MPC-8 card, or the DS30X link,
you can use the Diagnostic section on the Maintenance page. You can run a new diagnostic
for the component, or review the results of the last diagnostic that was run.

Channel and Multimedia Monitors

Introduction
The Channel Monitor shows the status of call channels. The call channels are the connections
between the server and the switch that carry the call signals to CallPilot.
