Check the sensor and replace it if damaged.
Replace either the control board or the entire drive. For instructions on replacing the control board, contact
Yaskawa or a Yaskawa representative.
PID Feedback Loss
The PID feedback input is lower than the level set to b5-13 for longer than the time set to b5-14.
Check parameters b5-13 and b5-14.
Correct the wiring.
Check the sensor and replace it if damaged.
Replace either the control board or the entire drive. For instructions on replacing the control board, contact
Yaskawa or a Yaskawa representative.
Safe Disable Signal Input
Both Safe Disable Input channels are open.
Safe Disable Signal Input
One Safe Disable channel is open while the other channel is closed.
Current Alarm
Drive current exceeded overcurrent warning level (150% of the rated current).
Cooling Fan Maintenance Time
The cooling fan has reached its expected maintenance period and may need to be replaced.
Note:
The signal closes when the maintenance period ends if H2-oo = 2F. The signal will not close
if H2-oo = 10.
Replace the cooling fan and set o4-03 to 0 to reset the Maintenance Monitor.
Capacitor Maintenance Time
The main circuit and control circuit capacitors are nearing the end of their expected performance life.
Note:
The signal closes when the maintenance period ends if H2-oo = 2F. The signal will not close
if H2-oo = 10.
Replace the drive.
Soft Charge Bypass Relay Maintenance Time
The DC bus soft charge relay is nearing the end of its expected performance life.
Note:
The signal closes when the maintenance period ends if H2-oo = 2F. The signal will not close
if H2-oo = 10.
Replace the drive.
