Use this command to configure an interface as a mroute-proxy interface that can transmit
messages to its uplink ports.

Configure an interface to the proxy-service module:
DES-7210(config-if)# ip igmp proxy-service

After an uplink interface is configured as proxy-service interface, the
interface can forward the IGMP messages sent by its members.
Configure an interface to mroute-proxy interface:
DES-7210(config-if)# ip igmp mroute-proxy fa 0/1
Disabled.
