Global configuration mode
This command is mandatory for enabling multicast routing and
enabling PIM-SM on an interface. Otherwise, PIM-SM is disabled
even though the ip pim sparse-mode command is configured.

Parameter Description
Access control list supporting
access-list numerical ACL in the range of 100 to
199 and 2000 to 2699 and name ACL.
There is no restriction on the source IP address pair of register
messages on RP.
Global configuration mode
This command is used to restrict the source IP address of register
messages on RP.
