WINDSHIELD WIPER & WASHER
*WIPER, RUNS ALL THE TIME WITH IGNITION ON —
TEST
5 Turn the ignition off.
Remove the Wiper On/Off and High/Low Relays.
Turn the ignition on.
Measure the voltage of the Common circuit at the Wiper High/Low Relay connector
in the PDC.
Is the voltage above 10.0 volts?
Yes → Repair the Common Circuit shorted to battery voltage.
→ Go To 6
No
6 If there are no possible causes remaining, view repair

ACTION
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
Replace the Body Control Module.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
