INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
*SEAT BELT INDICATOR NOT OPERATING PROPERLY —
TEST
11 Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the seatbelt switch harness connector.
Disconnect the BCM C4 harness connector.
Measure the resistance between ground and the seatbelt switch sense circuit.
Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms?
Yes → Repair the seatbelt switch sense circuit for a short to ground.
→ Replace and program the BCM in accordance with the Service
