Description
Note
UPPER DRAWER (U) = 21. MIDDLE DRAWER (M) = 22. LOWER DRAWER (L) = 23.
This error occurs if the PICKUP ASSEMBLY does not leave the Home position at the
beginning of a pickup cycle or does not reach Home position at the end of the pickup cycle,
as indicated by the PICKUP HOME SENSOR (S1x). The error is cleared when the IMAGER
power is cycled.
Result of Error
The system cannot make a print from the SUPPLY DRAWER. The SPOOLER is able to
receive and queue jobs, and print from any other available SUPPLY DRAWER.
User Action

Restart the LASER IMAGER from the LOCAL PANEL.

If the error occurs again, call Service.
FE Action
Do the actions below in sequence. If an action provides a resolution, do not continue with the
other actions.

De-energize then energize the LASER IMAGER.
