Description
The LOCAL PANEL cover screen was notified that the software update was not successfully
completed. The error is logged, and it cannot be cleared until the system is "re-ghosted".
Result of Error
The system is unusable because the failed software update could have left the system in any
state. It is unknown if diagnostic quality images can be generated. Images will not be printed.
