Entering data with a smooth succession of values (Create Continuous Data)

You can enter automation data (p. 3) containing values that change continuously over time, such as Volume
data or Pan data.
For details on all of the parameters and values of the Create Continuous Data command, refer to "CREATE
CONTINUOUS DATA popup" (Screen Guide; p. 67).
❍ Parameters to specify
• Event
Specify the type of data that you want to enter.
• Number
Specify the Control Change number that you want to enter, if you specified Control Change as the Event.
• Note
Specify the Note number that you want to enter, if you specified Poly Aftertouch as the Event.
• Value From
Specify the initial value at the starting point of the continuous data.
• To
Specify the destination value at the ending point of the continuous data.
• Curve
Specifies the kind of the change in data.
• Interval Time
Specify the spacing (in ticks) between events of the continuous data.
