Editing a sample

Viewing a list of samples

Here's how to view a list of all the samples in your project. You can also delete or edit samples from this screen.
1.
Press [PROJECT].
The PROJECT MENU screen (Screen Guide; p. 162) will appear.
2.
With the cursor located in the lower row of icons, press [F3](SmplMgr). Alternatively, select
the SAMPLE MANAGER icon and press [ENTER].
The SAMPLE MANAGER screen (Screen Guide; p. 169) will appear.
3.
Select the sample that you want to edit.
4.
According to the target, press the following buttons.
F-button
[F1](Quick Assign)
[F2](Sample Prm)
[F3](Mark On/Off)
[F4](Preview)
[F5](Command)
Operation
Displays the Select Quick Assign message (Screen Guide; p. 213). Here you can assign the
sample to a pad as a partial or audio phrase.
Displays the SAMPLE PARAMETER popup (Screen Guide; p. 131). Here you can edit the
sample name and original key.
Marks or unmarks the sample.
Auditions the currently highlighted sample while you hold down the button.
Displays the SELECT SAMPLE EDIT COMMAND popup (Screen Guide; p. 132). Here you
can edit or delete the samples.
