From your work instructions, determine which IP calling addresses will be allowed to
access the Alcatel-Lucent 1665 DMX TL1 TCP/IP GNE.

Use the instructions on the screen to add, modify, or delete a gateway host from the
TCP/IP Gateway Host List.
The following parameters apply:
The OS host IP address which is four dot-separated decimal numbers, each ranging

from 0 to 255.
The OS Host Name which may consist of 1 to 24 alpha-numeric characters.

The OS Type which may consist of standard types or listed as other.
•
Repeat this step for each of the Host IP address you want to authorize for access to the
1665 DMX TL1 TCP/IP GNE. There may be up to 50 provisioned entries in the list.
