Smooth Ride System
Fault
Unable to power down loader arms
1
with system switched OFF.

Restricted loader arm suspension
movement when switched ON.
3
Springy loader arm lift with system
switched OFF.
4
No suspension, unable to power down
when switched ON.
5
Accumulator gas pressure decrease.
6
Oil in gas side of accumulator.
7
Increase in charge pressure.
Note: It is normal for the loader arms to lift or lower slightly, when SRS is switched ON.
Check fuse A1 replace as required.

Probable Cause
Rod side solenoid valve open.
Rod side solenoid valve closed.
Head side solenoid valve open.
Head side solenoid valve closed.
Leak across accumulator piston.
Leak across accumulator piston.
Oil to gas leak across accumulator Discharge, drain and recharge, if frequent
piston.
