Description
If this feature is
enabled, you must
enter the fax number
twice.
Enables users who
have the correct
driver installed to
send faxes through
the product from their
computers.
The JBIG
compression reduces
fax-transmission time,
which can result in
lower phone
charges. However,
using JBIG
compression
sometimes causes
compatibility
problems with older
fax machines. If this
occurs, turn off the
JBIG compression.
When error-
correction mode is
enabled and an error
occurs during fax
transmission, the
product sends or
receives the error
portion again.
Use to prepend or
overlay the fax
header page.
Use this item to
match the fax
number that you type
to numbers that are
saved as a speed
dial.
