Kickstarter Assembly - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

KICKSTARTER/DRIVE PULLEY /DRIVEN PULLEY /CLUTCH
Check the journals of the belt case cover for wear or
damage.
ASSEMBLY
RETURN SPRING
KICKSTARTER SPINDLE
Install the spindle bushing and collar onto the belt
case cover.
Install the return spring as shown.
Apply molybdenum paste 0.2
kickstarter spindle sliding surface.
Install the kickstarter spindle to the belt case cover
and hook the return spring end to the groove of the
kickstarter spindle.
