Driven Face Bearing Assembly - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

KICKSTARTER/DRIVE PULLEY /DRIVEN PULLEY /CLUTCH
Apply grease to a new needle bearing.
Press the needle bearing into the driven face with
the marked side facing up.
TOOLS:
Driver
Attachment, 22 X 24 mm
Pilot, 17 mm
Install the snap ring to the groove of the driven face
securely.
TOOL:
Snap ring pliers
ASSEMBLY
Clean any oil and g rease from the pulley faces and clutch outer.
RUBBER DAMPERS
DRIVE PLATE
SPRING COLLAR
Install the rubber dampers onto the drive plate.
