Front Wheel Assembly - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

ASSEMBLY
BEARING (6200U)
Pack the new bearing cavities with grease.
Drive a new left bearing (brake drum side) squarely
with the sealed side facing up until it is fully seated.
Install the distance collar.
Drive a new right bearing squarely with the sealed
side facing up until it is fully seated using the spe­
cial tools.
TOOLS:
Driver
Attachment, 28 X 30 mm
Pilot, 10 mm
Apply grease to new dust seal lips.
Install the dust seal into the left wheel hub until it is
flush with the wheel hub.
