Engine Installation - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

Check the rubber stopper and bushings for damage,
wear or deterioration.
NOTE:

ENGINE INSTALLATION

Before installing the engine, route the wires,
hoses and cables properly (page 1 - 1 5).
The jack height must be continually adjusted to
relieve stress from the mounting fasteners.
I nstall the engine hanger link, aligning the rubber
stopper with the frame.
Install and tighten the engine hanger link bolts to
the specified torque.
TORQUE: 39 N·m (4.0 l<gf·m, 29 lbf . ft)
Install the pivot caps.
I nstall the joint tubes and collar as shown.
