Ignition Switch Inspection; Ignition Switch Removal/Installation - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

LIGHTS/METERS/SWITCHES
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the under cover (page 3-8).
Pinch the fuel hose with clamp and d isconnect the
hoses from the fuel pump.
Remove the bolt, nut, stay and fuel pump.
Install the stay by aligning its tab with the frame
hole and tighten the nut.
Install the removed parts in the reverse order of
removal.
IGNITION SWITCH
INSPECTION
Remove the front cover (page 3-6).
Disconnect the ignition switch 3P connector.
Check for continuity between the connector termi­
nals in each switch position.
Continuity should exist between the color code
wires as follows:
ON
(OFF)
OFF
LOCK
COLOR
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the front cover (page 3-6).
Remove the bolt and ignition switch cap.
