I nstall a new rubber seal i nto the thermostat cover
groove.
I nstall the thermostat housing cover, stay and
tighten the bolts securely.
WATER PUMP
Clean the inside of the outer magnet and the water
pump magnet, and check that no nuts or bolts are
magnetically attached to the magnet.
Coat a new D-ring with engine oil and install it into
the groove of the water pump.
Install the water pump into the cylinder head and
tighten the bolts securely.
