SERVICE INFORMATION
GENERAL
• This section covers removal and installation of the body panels, exhaust system and seat rail.
• Always replace the exhaust pipe gasket with a new one after loosening or removing the exhaust pipe joint nuts.
• When installing the exhaust system, loosely install all of the muffler fasteners. Always tighten the exhaust joint first,
then tighten the mounting fasteners. If you tighten the mounting fasteners first, the exhaust pipe may not seat properly.
• Always i nspect the exhaust system for leaks after installation.
