ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Set the engine to the frame and install the engine
mounting bolt from the left side.
Tighten the engine mounting nut to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 49 N·m (5.0 kgf·m, 36 lbf·ft)
Tighten the rear shock absorber upper mounting
bolt to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 38 N·m (3.9 l<gf·m, 28 lbf·ft)
Install the removed parts in the reverse order of
removal.
After installing the engine, check the fallowing:
- Rear brake lever free play (page 4·1 6)
- Throttle grip free play (page 4-4)
Fill the crankcase with the recommended engine oil
(page 4-10).
Fill and bleed the coaling system (page 7-8).
