Handlebar Installation - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

INSTALLATION
Route the wires Install the handlebar post to the steering stem.
and cables properly.
Install the bolt, setting collar and nut.
Tighten the nut to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 42 N·m (4.3 kgf·m, 31 lbf·ft)
Install the nut cap.
If the handlebar grips were removed, apply Honda
Bond A or Honda Hand Grip Cement (U.S.A. only) to

the inside of the grip and to the clean surfaces of the
throttle pipe and left handlebar.
Allow the adhesive Wait 3 - 5 minutes and install the grip.
hour Rotate the grip for even application of the adhesive.
to dry for
before using.
Install the left handlebar switch housing aligning its
locating pin with the hole of the handlebar.
Tighten the forward short screw first, then the rear
long screw.
Install the brake cable a n d dust cover as shown.
