[B] Toner recycle unit
(B-1) Toner recycle unit
(1) Remove the toner cartridge drive unit.
(2) Remove 2 screws and take off the toner
recycle unit.
Notes: 1. Be careful when treating this unit because
the toner is liable to be spilled out from the
connecting section among the toner recycle
unit, cleaner unit and developer unit.
2. When installing the toner recycle unit, put
the window of the toner recycle unit shutter
section and boss protrusion of the devel
oper unit together.
3. Be careful not to give vibrations as less as
possible when removing/installing the toner
recycle unit, for they may cause stains on
images. Especially, the images are more
likely to be stained when the remaining
toner in the toner cartridge is decreased.
(B-2) Recycle toner transport motor/Hopper motor
(1) Disconnect 2 connectors.
(2) Remove 2 screws and take off the transport
motor.
(3) Remove 2 screws and take off the hopper motor.
