4 Handling the printer

4.4.7 InkDry menu

Set waiting period from the end of operation to the start of next printing to dry ink on the printed media.

4.4.8 HeadHeight menu

Set the distance (head height) from the print head face to media.
Head height can be changed to three levels according to media thickness.

4.4.9 Stiff menu

Set media sticking force to the media guide according to media stiffness.

Descriptions
Change InkDry time by operating the following keys.
• [F2] key: Increase setup value.
• [F4] key: Decrease setup value.
• [ENTER] key: Confirm setup value, shift to the previous
hierarchy menu.
• [CANCEL] key: Cancel setup value, shift to the previous
hierarchy menu.

Set when typical media thickness is used.
Set when thicker media is used.
Set when thickest media is used.
