6.3.4 Command error display and solutions
Following are command error descriptions and their solutions during the printer operations.
Command errors are displayed when an error has occurred while converting the command data sent from
a computer to the printer.
If a command error occurs, the following error messages are displayed and the printer stops.
Solve the problem to delete the error message and restart the printer.

6.3.5 Error requiring a restart
Following are descriptions and their solutions of error requiring a restart.
Error requiring a restart are displayed when the following fatal error has occurred during printer
operation.
• Foreign material disturbing the printer operation is involved in the printer.
• An electrical circuit (such as board, motor, or sensor) failure has occurred.
• An error on control program of the printer has occurred.
If error requiring a restart has occurred, the printer works as shown below then stops.
(1) Power relating to the driving system is shut off automatically.
(2) All indicator lights on the operation panel are turned on and beeps sound continuously.
(3) An error message is displayed on the operation panel.
Press any key on the operation panel to stop the beep sounds.
If error requiring a restart has occurred, solve the problems to restart the printer and delete the error.
If the same error message is displayed again, contact MUTOH local dealer. Be sure to inquire by the
code numbers of the error messages.
