6 Disassembly and Assembly

Here, instructions on how to disassemble/assemble the machine are given together with
explanations of its mechanical characteristics; be sure to keep the following in mind when
going through the work:
1. Before starting the work, be sure to disconnect the power plug. Moreover, if you
have removed the drum unit, be sure to keep it in a protective bag.
2. Unless otherwise specially indicated, reverse the steps used to disassemble the machine
when assembling it.
3. Identify the screws by type (length, diameter) and location.
4. To ensure electrical continuity, the mounting screws used for the grounding wire and ar-
restors are equipped with toothed washers. Do not leave them out when assembling the
machine.
5. As a rule, do not operate the machine with any of its parts removed.
