##0675 [RX] In V.34 reception, the procedure fails to move from phase 3 or
phase 4 to a control channel or later, causing a T1 time-over condi-
tion
Cause: In phase 3 or phase 4, the other party cannot receive the signal correctly, and dis-
connect the line.
Remedy: (1) Increase the transmission level so that the other party may receive the signal
