● Remove the valve spring retainer ① , valve spring

● Remove the valve ③
● Remove the oil seal ④
● Remove the valve spring seat ⑤ .
▣ ▣ REASSEMBLY
● Install each valve spring seat ⑤ .
● Apply MOLY PASTE to each oil seal and press-fit
them into position.
MOLY PASTE
CAUTION
Do not reuse the oil seals.
● Apply MOLY PASTE to the valve as shown, and
then insert them into the valve guides.

CAUTION
When inserting each valve into the valve guides,
make sure not to damage the lip of the oil seal.
● Install the valve spring with the smaller pitch �
facing the cylinder head.
