◈ Step 2
1) Turn the ignition switch "
2) Measure the IAT sensor resistance.

20 ℃ (68 ℉ )
40 ℃ (104 ℉ )
60 ℃ (140 ℉ )
Tester knob indication : Resistance (
Is the voltage OK?
● Lg or BW wire open or shorted to
ground, or poor �
connection.
● If wire and connection are OK,
YES
intermittent trouble or faulty ECU.
● Recheck each terminal and wire
harness for open circuit and poor
connection.
Replace the IAT sensor with a new
NO
one.
NOTE
IAT sensor resistance measurement method is
the same way as that of the WT sensor. Refer to
page 6-8 for details.
