● Remove the steering stem lower bearing ① .
◉ ◉ INSPECTION
Inspect the removed parts for the following abnormal-
ities.
● Handlebar distortion
● Abnormality operation of bearing
● Distortion of steering stem
◉ ◉ REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING
Reassemble and remount the steering stem in the
reverse order of disassembly and removal, and also
carry out the following steps.
● Apply SUPER GREASE "A" to the steering stem
lower bearing ① .

● Apply SUPER GREASE "A" to the steering stem
upper bearing ② .
