● Remove the cylinder head cover bolts in diagonal
stages, and then remove the cylinder head cover

● Remove the cam chain guide ②

● Remove the dowel pins, intake camshaft ④

NOTE
Do not drop the dowel pins and camshaft drive
chain into the crankcase.
● Remove the three cylinder head base nuts.
