Removing selector drum

•
Pull selector rails (1) out of selector forks.
•
Swing selector forks (2, 8, 9) out towards the
edge of the cover.
•
Remove locking pin (5).
•
Press guide plate (4) in the opposite direction to
the spring loading (arrow).
•
Swing locking lever (6) out towards the edge of
the cover, hold it there and pull out selector drum
(7), turning it slightly at the same time.
•
Remove the thrust washers and spacing washer.
•
Release the locking lever (6).
•
Remove selector shaft (3) with spacing
washer (10).
•
Remove selector forks (2, 8, 9).

Remove torsion spring (14) with locking lever (13)
from selector shaft (12).
•
Remove torsion spring (11).
•
Assembly is the reverse of the disassembly pro-
cedure.
