Printing Sender Information for the Receiving End (Header)

Header prints on the paper at the receiving end information to identify that the document was transmit-
ted by you. The header appears at the top of each page in a document, showing the sender name, page
number, and the time of transmission.

NOTE
The header is printed on the area 4 mm (0.16 inch) from the leading edge of the paper. Therefore,
make sure that the area 4 mm (0.16 inch) from the leading edge is blank, so the content of the docu-
ment can be fully transmitted.

• Check that the message "SET DOC. FACE
DOWN" is shown on the Message Display.
• Press the Set key three times.
Set
The display changes to the TX Operation
mode.
