Controlling the Transmission of a Document from Another
Party (Polling RX)
Polling RX starts from your end, the transmission of a document that has been put in the ready state at
the other party's end, to receive that document at your end.
You can poll up to 100 parties by a single operation. The feature is used to receive fax data transmis-
sion services.
The other party must be ready for polling transmission before you can receive a document by Polling
RX.

• Check that the message "SET DOC. FACE
DOWN" is shown on the Message Display.
• Press the Function key.
