Selecting Destinations Using Speed Dial

• Press the Speed Dial key.
Speed Dial
• From the Numeric keys, enter the Speed
Dial number in which the receiving party
has been programmed.
Example:
To select Speed Dial 23 (Yokohama) for
Broadcast 001:
Press "2" and "3" of the Numeric keys.

• The Message Display shows the
destination programmed in Speed Dial 23,
indicating that it has been selected for
Broadcast 001.
Example:
NO. 001 = YOKOHAMA
OK = YES (Fin. = START)

Selecting Destinations Using Phone Book (List)

Search for the receiving destination through
the Phone Book List.
Example:
To select the receiving destination (Osaka)
listed in the Phone Book for Broadcast 001:
Press the Speed Dial key.
Speed Dial
Press the Up Arrow key.

Check that List is selected, then press the
Yes key.

Press the Yes key if the party has been
correctly selected.
The Message Display now prompts you to
select the next receiving destination.

If you select an incorrect destination,
pressing the No key will cancel inclusion of
this destination in the broadcast.
The previous screen will reappear.

destinations using Speed Dial, repeat steps 1
