1. Remove 4 Screws, then remove the Stepper Motor from the Gear Assembly. See Figure 6–4.

2. Remove 1 E-ring, then remove the Tension Roller Drive Gear.
3. Remove 1 E-ring, then remove the Developer Drive Gear Assembly. This includes both
bearings.
NOTE:

The Stepper Motor can be removed from the Gear Assembly without
removing the Gear Assembly from the Printer.
When installing the Stepper Motor onto the Frame, the Cable Connector
must face toward the rear of the printer.

inside of the Gear.
