11.3 LSU Assembly
11.3.1 Removal and Disassembly
1. Open the Clamshell, remove 3 Screws from the Clamshell Frame, then lift the front of the
Cover. This helps disengage the Locking Tabs of the LSU from the rear of the Cover. See
Figure 11–1 and Detail 11–1 .

When reinstalling the unit, the LSU must be properly located and seated in
position by the locking pins in the LSU Housing and the holes in the LSU
Base Plate.
When reinstalling the Top Cover onto the Clamshell, make sure the Latch
Assembly is properly oriented with the Release Lever. See Detail 11–3 on
page 11–11 .
