Service Technicians

Service personnel should perform the following actions at or before every 300,000 pages:
Clean the LSU Cover Glass.
Clean other parts as needed inside the printer, including vacuuming the interior of the
printer.

NOTE:
Chapter 1 – Introduction
Turn off power to the printer before cleaning it.
The inside of the printer should be cleaned and vacuumed including
special attention to paper dust on the fuser fan motor. This should be done
whenever the printer is serviced, or at 300,000 pages, whichever comes
first.
