The Paddle Drive Motor Assembly
Removal
1. The paddle drive motor assembly is shielded by a cover which must first be removed to gain
access to the motor. To do this, simply remove the two screws which secure the cover to the
paddle drive frame. (See Figure C–10)
2. Using a 1.5mm Allen wrench, loosen the set screw which secures the paddle drive pulley to
the motor shaft and remove the pulley.
CAUTION:
3. Disconnect the motor assembly's two-pin connector.
4. Remove the two screws which secure the motor assembly to the paddle drive frame and
remove the motor. (See Figure C–11)

Do not turn motor shaft in counter-clockwise direction or you may
damage the motor.
