(1) Specify the number of lines within the range of 1 - 9999.
Example (from the local console)
Sets the number of lines to 30.
$ vt100 30
vt100 line setting completed.
$
Displays the current number of lines.
$ vt100

<vt100> 30 lines
$
Configures the VT100. The specified number of lines
determines where the command line is displayed.
vt100 [line]
None = Displays the current number of lines.
line = Specifies the number of lines.
