Using the Document Printer

The Kodak Imagelink Document Printer 1 is capable of printing customer-
specified information on customer documents. Front and/or rear printers
are available.
During installation, modes are defined for use with specific applications. If
one or two Document Printers have been installed, any or all modes may
allow use of the Document Printer(s). One or two Document Printers may
be enabled or disabled for each mode. In addition, the customer-specified
information to be printed is defined for each mode.
The information printed by the Document Printer 1 is defined during
installation.
Any combination of the following items can be printed, provided the total
length does not exceed 38 characters. The Document Printer 1 can print
one line per document.
Document image address
Document sequential ID number
Day of the week
Date
Time
Roll number, if applicable

Total document count

Messages 1–9
The same information may be printed on documents of all levels, or
different information may be printed on documents of different levels.
The information printed by the Document Printer appears in a single
column perpendicular to the leading edge of the document(s) as shown:
