Cleaning the exposure
lamp housings

Maintenance procedures that should be performed weekly include
cleaning the exposure lamp housings, the cabinet and air filter.
The upper and lower lamp housings should be cleaned.
1. Open the right-side access door.
2. Remove the upper and lower imaging guides (between the upper
and lower exposure lamp housings — not shown in this illustration).
IMPORTANT: Use care when handling the imaging guides. Hold

3. Remove the lower lamp housing.
4. Vacuum the housing.
5. Replace the lower lamp housing.
6. Remove the upper lamp housing.
7. Vacuum the housing.
8. Replace the upper lamp housing.
9. Replace the upper and lower imaging guides.
10. Close the right-side access door.
