EXPLANATION AND ACTION
Replace the take-up roll, if empty. Check
that the take-up core is correctly installed on
the mandrel hubs. If the error does not clear,
call your authorized service representative.
Replace the supply roll, if empty. Check that
the supply core is correctly installed on the
mandrel hubs. If the error does not clear, call
your authorized service representative.
Check for a possible media jam. Ensure the
pinch rollers are down. Clean the media
drive roller. If the error does not clear, call
your authorized service representative.
Verify the media is loaded properly,
especially on the take-up roll. If the error
does not clear, call your authorized service
representative.
