Explanation and Recommended Actions
An attempt to assign a value to a variable of the Message structure
failed with the result value indicated by result. This implies that the
YKLOAD REXX subroutine has not properly been invoked or that
Business Continuity Manager has not properly been installed.

The last character of the STEM parameter is not a period.
