The IRXTERM routine returned an error with the return code
identified by return-code. BCM Monitor will stop.

abnormal-termination-code-and-
reason-code-for-abnormal-termination
R0 includes the abnormal termination code and
the reason code for abnormal termination.
IRXTERM returns the abnormal termination code
in the two trailing bytes of R0 and returns the
reason code for abnormal termination in the two
leading bytes of R0. If the reason code for
abnormal termination is larger than two bytes,
IRXTERM returns only the two trailing bytes of
the reason code for abnormal termination. For
