A loopback is turned on.
Loopbacks are for troubleshooting only and should not be present
under normal operating conditions.

under normal operating conditions.
Required card physically is not present.
Card initialized
Parity error on cells received from cell bus.
Cells received from the cell bus faster than the CBR can process
them.
Cell bus is congested and cells are backed up on the CBR.
Traffic at the output side of the CBR port is being transmitted slower
than it is being received from the cell bus and so the output buffer is
overflowing. In general, the problem is that the CBR connection is
not synchronized end-to-end. The clock rate of the output port does
not match the clock rate of the device from which the traffic
originated.
Low priority cell bus congested.
Medium priority cell bus congested.
The cell port has been configured to pass more CBR traffic than it
can physically handle. The aggregate bandwidth of the CBR
connections exceeds the total bandwidth of the port. It indicates
that you either mistakenly oversubscribed the cell port with CBR
connections, or more connections than expected are simultaneously
active. When this condition exists on the HP Cellbus, lower priority
cell busses will not be able to pass traffic out.
Mismatch shelf is found (Shelf ID is incorrect)
Failed log -in
SAR SRAM failure (applicable to QSIM, Ethernet, HSIM, FAM, CBR)
All 1's in the E1 time slot 16 for 2 consecutive frames.
E1 signaling multiframe alignment has been lost.
The far end device has lost Channel Associated Signalling.
OOF alarm is detected. A received remote alarm indication means
that the far-end equipment has a problem with the signal it is
receiving from the PathBuilder device.
A received remote alarm indication means that the far-end
equipment has a problem with the signal it is receiving from the
PathBuilder device.
VC RDI (Remote Defect Indication) OAM received in the connection.
The far end equipment has a problem with the signal it is receiving,
indicating that the problem lies between the network provider and
the far-end terminal equipment for this connection.
Enabled when BITS clock is selected as the timing source, but has
failed.
Interface clock has been designated as the system clock, and the
interface clock has failed.
