"Persons" tab allows:

The call to a user calls all video door phones of the apartment of the user; in the same way, a chat
message to a user is sent to all video door phones of the apartment of the user.
At Figure 20, the item "Competence only", if selected, allows reducing address book only to the users
that are of competence of switchboard (this item also affects the "Apartments" tab).
To search fast a user to call, enter in the white text field the user's name or a part of it: in this way, only
users whose names have inside the entered characters will be displayed. The same thing is valid for
"Apartments", "Switchboards" and "Address book" buttons, which will be described below.
