different hole diameters

2 - spring washers
3 - compression washer
4 - window holder
5 - quartz window
6 - gasket (light in)
7 - gasket (light out)
8 - window screw (contains
items 2, 3, 4 and 5)
9 - flow cell body
10 - inlet capillary
11 - outlet capillary
12 - holder

Assemble the washers and the window assembly in
correct order.
